Suggest treatment For Bleeding And Burning Sensation While Urinating

Hello... I am a 62 year old Male. I just started showing blood in my urine about 30 minutes ago, and a burning sensation... I have been having back pain for the last couple of days as well. I had a Radical Prostatectomy 3 years ago. I have persistent yeast infections, and have to wear Adult undergarments due to the Incontinence from my prostate surgery... However, this is not my first Bladder infection, and the first one happened before my surgery.. but at the time, we were unaware that I had Prostate Cancer. The second infection happened after the surgery. Would the prostate problems cause the infection.... and would the Undergarments cause it to happen again, along with the yeast infections.... What can I do for the Long Term NOTE:... it has been 3 years since my surgery, but my PSA came back 2 years ago, and is still going up with each test I have done... and they now feel that I may be having a recurrance. Can any of this cause these infections... Thank you... I know this is a long question... but I am getting little help locally.
